Focusing on Estate Planning, Probate and Administration, Inheritance and Succession and Deputyship under the Mental Capacity Act, Bhavini and her team is committed to providing tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs and budget.

Bhavini Shah’s legal journey began with her admission to the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple Inns of Court, where she was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 1994.

She was subsequently called to the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1995, becoming an Advocate and Solicitor.

With more than a decade of diverse experience, Bhavini has established herself as a respected legal professional with a deep commitment to her client’s well-being.

Over the years, we have identified many outdated methods in legal practice and replaced them with improvements wherever possible. For instance, we have the “Free Case Review” option for visitors to our website to decide on the way forward for their potential cases after we review the information and documents they provide. We schedule meetings via video conferencing (e.g.Zoom) by default, saving clients invaluable time making a trip to the CBD during work hours. We also communicate via WhatsApp messaging for a quicker exchange of information. Our firm accepts various methods of payment like bank transfer, WISE, Western Union and Paynow in place of traditional payment methods like cash and cheques.
